Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SGR Design website (sgrdesign.in) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment is collected at the time of order placement via Razorpay. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and EMI. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation. SGR Design reserves the right to cancel orders in case of fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Returns: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective. Exchanges: Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

All content on this website — including the SGR logo, product images, design assets, copy, and branding — is the exclusive property of SGR Design and is protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGR Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
