Overview
At SGR Design, we partner with reliable courier services to deliver your order safely and on time across India. All orders are processed from our fulfilment centre in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We currently ship within India only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery (Free above ₹999): 5–7 business days. Express Delivery (₹149): 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Remote or hilly areas may require additional 1–2 days.
Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹79. Express delivery is available for ₹149 regardless of order value. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time by visiting the "Track Your Order" page on our website and entering your order ID. If you face any issues tracking your shipment, please contact our support team.
Delays & Exceptions
SGR Design is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or events beyond our control. During sale periods or high-demand launches, processing times may extend by 1–3 business days. We will proactively communicate any significant delays via email.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our delivery reach and will announce international shipping availability on our website and social channels when it becomes available.
