Our Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Sale items and customised products are not eligible for return.

What Can Be Returned

✓ Items delivered in a damaged or defective condition ✓ Wrong item sent (size, colour, or product) ✓ Items that do not match the product description ✗ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered ✗ Products without original tags or packaging ✗ Items purchased during flash sales or at discounted prices ✗ Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at returns@sgrdesign.in within 7 days of receiving your order. 2. Include your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. 3. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged/wrong items). 4. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and share a return pickup date. 5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on full-price items, subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or full refund. To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and mention your preferred size in the email.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. • Razorpay payments: refunded to your original payment method. • Store credit: issued as a coupon code valid for 6 months. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

Return Shipping

For eligible returns (damaged, wrong item), we arrange a free pickup from your address. For size exchanges or preference-based returns (where the item is not defective), a return shipping fee of ₹79 will be deducted from your refund.
